Hands on Training

Our intensive 7-day training program covers every aspect of food truck operation, from cooking techniques to financial management. Participants will learn on a working food truck, gaining hands-on experience in:

In service training

Your training will take place on a working truck based in Hoedspruit. This will allow you to get full hands on training in an active working environment. You will be ready to operate once you have completed the 7 day training programme.
